Raha sawal dial up ka k wo to 50 ya 56 per connect hota ha to wo jiss speed per connect hota ha wo bhe kilobits may hota ha matlab 50kilobits ya 56 kilobits. agr farz karain k 56 per connect hota ha to (56/8) 7KB answer ha aur yeh maximum speed ha dial up per puri dunya may including India,USA, Uk etc.

1) sb say pehlay acha antivirus aur antispyware install kr k PC ko scan karain aur restart karain.
2) Agr solve na ho to helpline per call karain aur DSl supervisor (DSL CSR nhe. CSR call receive karay ga uss DSL supervisor ko call forward krnay ka kahain) say baat karain aur agr ho skay to local exchange ka number bhe lay lain.
3) Apna DSL splitter check karain aur cables bhe. Agr ho skay to kisi dost k ghar apna DSL modem bhe check kr lain including adopter. kia pata modem thek kaam na kr rha ho.
4) Ho sakay to ghar may say koi male local exchange ja k DSL maintain karnay walay say milay.

5) Agr phir bhe masla hal nhe hota to PTA k iss website adress

Mere pass ptcl DSL 1 mb hey .iss mein khas bat yeh hey k subha k waqt kam nahin kerta taqreeban 2 bajey tak uss k baad theek chalta hey.Mera ghar commercial area mein nahi hay.Bohat complaint kerwai hein magar koi nahin sunta.

apko karna yeh hai ke ap apne kisi qaribi ptcl office me jaye unko bole ke meri speed 1 ki jaga 10 se 15 kb per sec aarahi hai apna number de unko aur bole ke meri ports manage karee mera bhi yehi masla tha so mai 1218 par 2 week laga raha lekin koi faida nai q ke unka kasoor nai hai ptcl office jao wohi kr sakte hai yeh sab kuch theek wo log ports ka kuch send karey agay to hi 1218 wale kuch kar sake ge
