Send an email to microsoft support hotmail support and msn support

my account once got hacked.
they asked me couple of questions like

Last time I accessed my hotmail.
From where did I accessed if possible IP or location
My name
Location and the last personal information questions
All the question here

and with in a day they reset it and send me the new password
