one pc have effected by spywere,and all system of pc jam,nothing happen any thing just on and messege come spy were is effected
no possible reboot,no possible hd format or new window install
please tell me soulation

ap k pc mein jo antivirus installes hai us ko ap uninstall kary safe mode mein ja kar. then u on the pc. i think ab hang nai ho ga phr ap window b install kar ly ok agar na ho to phr batyi ga.
