Networking Class 7

Hello Miss Zara How are you/? I am new user of IT Dunya. You'r doing good job spacially in Computer Networking. I read your class from 1 to 7. In class 7 you are tell how to remove and reassign IP by CMD command. My question is this how assign the ip to any computer on the network by cmd command when ip setting will assign the automatically. B/c ifpconfig /release and ipconfig /renew command pc configure automatically. I think you will be understand that what i am saying. I mean how can assign the static ip to any pc on the network by cmd command.
