Same tu bahi subha ke time exercise krne se insaan sara din kam ache tarha kr skta ha mtlb wo active rheta ha rat ko bhe acha ha .sunt ha ke rat ko bhe khana kha kr chalna cahey . jes se khana hazamho jata ha aur peeat bara nahen hota ..................

night main excersize karanai se kuch nahi hota..waisay hi apne ap ko thakana hota he....

subah ke waqt khuli fiza main jana bohut acha lagta he dill ko sukun milta he.
haray baray drakhton ko dhaik ker dill ko bohut acha lagta he......
kis kis ko subah ki sair karna acha lafta he...aur kon kon karta he,,,,....reply me fast//...
Sir subha kerna exercise accha hai cuz subha aap fresh hote hain body bhi aap
ke fit hoti hai jub ke sham main ya raat main aap sara din kaam ker ke thak jate
hain aur body ko bhi relax chahiye hote hai but agar aap 20 se 30 min
exercise kerain tou ye sahi rahey gah aap ke liye and body ke muscles ko
relax chahiye hota hai jitna aap oss ko aram doh ge itne juldi aap ke muscles
size gain kerain ge 1 din chor ke ya 2 din ke baad exercise repeat kya kerain
per day 1 exercise apply kerain ziyada se ziyada 30 min warna 20 min bas
