please help me out regarding memory card encryption and formatting problem

i am using e71, with 8 gb micro sd saan disk card. abhi card open nhn ho raha, open karon to msg aata memory card encrypted with another key import that key. jb mery pas to is ki koi key nhn. by mistake kisi ne encryption wali option ko distub kia hy. abhi card ko format karon to format bhi nhn ho raha msg aata hy k formatting phr msg aata hy, card is used by other application aur phr aagay kuch nhn hota. abhi na man card ko use kar sakta hon nan format. please meri help karen. mobile men aur card sahi chal rahy hen. is card ko man ne card reader k zariay computer pe format karny ki koshish ki thi, lekin crad wahan pick he nhn hota. show hota hy lekin meory total aur used zero zero show hoti hy. ab is ka kia hal ho sakta hy. any body help me. i am waiting.

bhai first of all apnay mmc se tmam software jo mmc me installed hain unko unistall kerain then format kerain inshallah hojai ga
