Problem in clearing MY documents history

Slam dear everyone !!!
Whenever we open some jpg or movie files. They are shown in My Documents & we remove them by clicking Properties of Taskbar but my problem is that whenever i delete or clear MY DOCUMENTS, it takes too much
time that is 5 or 8 min.
i'M using XP and i've scanned my computer totally. no virus.
Please help me is solving this problem.
When i install the new windows. then there is no problem. but now
as 2 months are passed. i'M FACING problem

mozila firefox main hum ne kuch ahem website kholi, Ghalti se woh website mujh se history main se delete ho gye plz mujhe koi bata de k main woh website kaise wapis laon.
