Excel formula main help chahyee

meray paas aik data hai jis k aik column main formula apply karnay main masla ho raha hai.Formula asal main 2 formulas ka hai.
if-else and count
actually us column main jo values misal k tor pr 7 aur 8 k darmiyan hain woh count ho gayein aur phir jo value 6 aur 7 k darmiyan hai woh aur phir issi tarha 0 tak saari main count kr loon agr koi meri help kr sakta hai tou ply meri madad gald az gald karain.
main online hi intizar kr rhi hon.

Sittarah its always better to attach a sample file here in Forum. So experts can apply formula and guide u.
Your formula is simple but you didn't explain properly so its better to post excel file with some sample text that what you want ...hope you got my point ....
aab aap 6 aur 7 kay darmina key values count kar rahi hain aur phir 7 aur 8 key ...kia yah alag alag column main karna chah rahi hain ??????

I"m just giving you an example in which you'll count any numeric between 7 & 8 and including 7 & 8 as well .....
