Error in loading AD

am using Win 2003 server enterprise edition with service pack 2.0. I am working on SQL Server and my clients or in various cities. problem is that ... aaj subah jab server par kaam kar raha tha to achnak eik messge aya which discribe that Active Directory is damage or cannot load properly. I tried to my best but all in vain how can i recover my AD coz all user's accounts passwords polices workstation's detail are in this system and i want it at any cost . Have u any solution to find out this problem and i want tell u too that after fluctuations of electricity my server reset after rest that message appear and i check AD and got this error ...........waiting prompt reply

aap AD kay backup say recover kar lay

ya aap nay es ki Replication to ki ho gi na etnay ziada account chalatay hay es ki replication b zarori hoti hay

ya es AD ka backup karay aur remove kar day dobara AD install karay aur jo policy aur acount banay hay backup ko extand kar kay waha say uta lay aur new AD kay saat attach kar day jetnay b ou banay howay hay
