For God's Sake... iss mein koi saazish nahin hay, Hamaari Army jaanti hay aur hum koi budhoo nahin, Don't underestimate us, yeh Pakistan ki Strong Army hay aur hamaari nazar sab par hay, For your kind information that facility in Sahala is the Anti Terrorism Assistance program compound, it was established prior to the SARRC confrence in 2003 and has been running since.

It does not cover the entire Sihalla College, only a small part located within the Sihalla College facility, it is maintained by USDOS/DOJ and US BDS. How do i know this? Well because i did my ATS Course from there and taught there.

The college has taught the Anti Terrorist Squad, Crisis Response Team, Bomb Disposal and Post Blast Investigation Teams. This facility was built with US money, is run by US instructors and hence it is only fair that the US have control over the facility.
