Nokia E51 "Insert SIM Problem"

hope ap sab theek hoon gay
meray mobile ka masla ye hay k jab main is main SIM dalta hon to theek
chalta hay mgr kuch dair baad (may be after one day or less or more) Insert SIM ka msg diata hay halanke SIM under hee hoti hay mgr ye problem aa jaati hay us k baad fone kaam nahin krta
so please friends help me what shud i do for this issue?
