Thanks for your comment. Is formula k apply karna ki wajha ye the k aapka data 16K per row ha jo ka easily tackle nahee hota.

AAp easily bhee is ko dosri sheet par copy kar sakte hain without formula.
Sara data ko jaise main ne copy kia ha is tarah aik dosre k neeche copy karain.
Sr. No k column ko delete karain. Aur phir advance filter===>unique values===>copy to another location select karain aap ka jitna bhee data ho wo duplicate k bagheer copy ho gaey ga.

please go through the attached file. m n sare named ranges delete kr de hain. formula lgai hain. Jab aap apni sheet m data enter krte hain jese XL sheet m ha tu formulas m aap ko ranges barhane honge. Especially sheet k B1 m jo formula lagaya ha. Study the formulas and if any problem discuss. aur aap ki 4th sheet p bhe m n aik do formula change kya hain unko bhe study kejye ga.

jab aap named ranges kisi dosri file/workbook p copy krte hian tu ya error ata ha. next time jab aap named ranges wali sheet copy karian tu file ko save as k option sa kisi dosre name sa save kr leya krain aur, remaining data delete kr deya karain.
