usb ka na khatam hone wala problem

doston main scanner laya tha lekin 1 din to wo chal gaya uske drivers main ne install kare or chal gaya doosre din main ne scanner lagaya to nahin chala.

kehta hai apki usb ke drivers yani hardware sahi se install nahin hain) to is ke drivers asani se mil jaenge? ya phir inko check kaise karenge ke konse usb drivers dale hue hain or normal shop se mil jaenge ? ya phir koi or tareeqa hai .
boht pareshan hoon lagta hai 2200 rupees ka scanner zaya ho jaega usb sahi na instal hone ki wajah se.ye likha hua ata hai unknown usb device.uska jo pura error ata hai wo ye hai(one of the usb attached to this computer has mal functioned and windows does not recognise it.
RECOMMENDATION:try reconnecting the device if windows still does not recognised it,replace the device
mere to kuch samajh nahin ata ab aphi bataen
