Dosto ek Excel ki sheet hai us ke A column mai "Foreman" foreman likha hai or B column mai digar field hai jese ke foreman civil ka foreman plumbing ka ya foreman electrical ka.


Mai ye janna chahata hu ke total kitne foreman hia jo ke civil mai hai ya plumbing mai hai ya fir electrical mai hai, mane countif lagaya tha magar masla hal nahi hua.

a1:a10 holds foreman
b1:b10 hold department like electircal,mechanical,civil

try with sumproducat agar aap xl2007 istimal karte hain tu try with countifs

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$1:$A$10="foreman"),--($B$1:$B$10="civil"))

aap ko jab bhee 2 ya 3 condition k sath counting karne ho tu sumproduct is the effeciant way.Adjust ranges and check for spelling.
