ram change kr k dekehin....or hard drive k new partition bnayen...den window install krein.

Okz. Us k Baad aap NOD32 Anti Virus CD ki Madad se Install karen.. ok.. Phir C: Drive K Alawa aap Baqi Sub Partition ko Scan karen..
INSHLLAH aap ki Problem Solve ho jai gi..
or han Sub Drive Scan kar k Computer ko restart karen.. Phir Wirar ki Madad se Chek karen.. k Aap k PC mai Virus Bache to nahi hain..
Yea Virus K wajha se aap ka PC Hang Ho raha hai..
aap Try Kar k dekhe INSHALLAH aap ki Problem Solve Ho Jai gi..

well first of all that could be because of some process in your startup..
best solution is reinstallation of windows, already provided by "FRS. Is Back"
However if you want to save time and do not want to reinstall then, just go to msconfig and uncheck all startup processes, except windows necessary process, plus stop all the processes from task manager which you think should not be running
and then see if your computer hangs on reboot..
