my computer shut down all of the sudden!!plz help

i don know whats wrong with my pc ... it just shut down by itself anytime
And when i restart it ... it highlit and recommend " System Restore " to choose
and then it takes time to restore my system...
while i have nortan av at my pc to clean and scan time to time..

plz help me to sort out what to do...

And a windows also popsup saying " Security Alert " messaging "revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not availabe.Do you want to proceed " with options yes/no/view certificate.

You have a user addmin problem And 1st format ur windows and make new windows that's a solution of ur problem
