Unable To Run A Program I Installed.

I installed a software at my PC when i tried to run it....
it gives an Error Message below

"The application was unable to start correctly(0x00000ba)"

I checked it compatibility to my OS .it was fine.

what else could be the reason ?

and how to resolve it ?

Ho sakta hai k jo aap ne software install kiya hai, wo aap k mobile k nahi na ho. because doesnot depends on OS.
