Aslam Alaikum Friend,

Aik dafa phir ap ki experties ki zaroorat par gai hai data excel file main atttch hai aur image bhi saath main hai mujhy data ko iss shape main lana hai column intensity aur year ka consider kartay hoyay .
Year along x-axis and no of event along y-axis.

Aik aur baat no of events barhnay ki wajha pichlay saal k events agaly saal main add karna hai. I will anxiauly wait for your reply.

I have roughly idea in my mind,That is to seperate each intensity class the count no of events in each year then plot it. Well you are expert you know better than me.

m thoda sa confuse hon aap ke screen shot aur attached sheet k data se.

Kiya aap thodi se mazeed wizahat kar sakte hain. Dosra aap ne tu buhat se chart banaye howe hain. Agar ho sake tu jis chart ki aap ko madad chaheye us k data he attached kar dain kiyon k aajkal xl97 mere istimal m ha.

just forget about charts. or you may delete every thing just data is from A coulmn to O coulmn. where Io is intensity inthe chart also he used Io of different classes. like from 1 to 2 and count number of events in each year then just plot it seperatly.again for intensity 3 to 4 he count number of events in each year and again plot in the same chart naming it intensity 4 and so on. And for every event trend going upward there is reason he count intensity in each year and then add in the next year like i have 2 events in 2001 and 3 events in 2002 of 3 intensity then i will take it 2+3=5 events in 2002. If you still dont understand the plz again do ask to me. allah hafiz.

m ne aap ke data ko tafseel se dekha ha. Leekan mugh ko zara samajhne m thodi dekat ha. AAp zara thodi mazeed wizahat karain ya pehle is site ka visit karain shayad aap ka masla hal ho gae. Jab tak m tasali se aap ki sheet par practice karta hon.

Thank you Syar Sb actually I spent a day on the data and the way I have adopted is bit lengthy but I have done whatever goal is required to me.
One another question i want to ask you its very general but I forgot whenever i write something in the excel cell like 15.3 it converted into date i have checked the option from autocorrect but in vain. If you know some thing to fix the problem please do tell me.

raha aap k dosra promblem tu is k peche aik chota sa funny fact ha. AAp k cell/column darasal format as date ho ga. Aap format cell m ja kar is ko general kar dain aap ka masla hal ho gae ga.

Darasal excel m calendar 1900 se shroo hota ha. aur excel dates ko as serial no read karta ha. agar aap kisi cell m 1 lekhain aur us cell ke formatting date kar dain tu aap dekhen ge k wo 1/1/1900 m change ho gae ga. isi tarah agar aap kisi date ka format genreal m change karain tu wo serial no m change ho gae ga. Hope its will help.

2nd will you send your file to me i'm intrested to see how you manage your data. Main ne bhee aap ka msla ko thora sulgha leya he m us se check karna chahta hon for my own intrest.

the file I attatched please check it out where i concatenate Year and intensity i think O coulmn i want round figure for intensity becuase condition is in round fogure but it is not dipalying roung figure even i changed the cell format.
