    i have a website e.g.
    domain.com
    i want to start services like sms messages and forum
    which format will be best for alexa ranking , page rank, seo and search engines

    domain.com/sms
    and
    domain.com/forum

    OR(making subdomains as following)

    sms.domain.com
    forum.domain.com

    bhai dno ak hi cheaz hy.aur is sy nh hi koi farq parta hy.ya just new page bno forum ka to wo sub domain ho jy ga.
