IF function is used so many purpose

For Example

1. if u have in A1 cell value is "a" and u want to written in second cell B1 value is "Apple" . A2 cell valu is b and u want to written in second cell B2 is value ball ...............


then your Formula is this and u put this formula in cell B1
and Drag in down word

=if(A1="a","Apple",if(B1="B","Ball"))

so like that

2. In this function u can u can make % , Grading and etc

Main ne excel sheet per kam kia tha wo main apne boss ko check ker wa raha tha ke lite chali gaye or ab sab kuch delete ho gaya hai main kia keron ?? data jo save tha 50% show ho raha hai or baqi delete ho gaya ya pata nahi replace. Please help me
