workgroup access problem on xp

actually merey pc per aik problem ho gia hai jab bhi main apnay workgroup (smartmedia = hamaray area ke internet provider ka banay hua workgroup jis main games, mvies, software or bohat sa stuff hai ) ko open kerta hoon to ye message appear ho tai
workgroup is not accessible. you might have not permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this sever to find out if you have access permission
window problem hai kyunke smartmedia (workgroup) laptop pe kaam ker raha hai plzz mujhay is problem ka solution bata dein
