HP G60 LAPTOP, Software Problem

Doston meine HPG60, 64 Bit OS, 4 Gb ram, 320 GB specs ka laptop liya hai.... is mein windows vista dali hui hein...masla ye hai k mere pas jo bhi software hein jab instal karo to msg aata hai k OS not support this type of SW etc etc... meine VLC media player install kiya tha to wo bhi nahi hosaka...phir meine latest vlc download kiya to wo bhi nahi hua...or kuch software aram se install hogae jese Adobe acrobat wagera....or haan ACDsee bhi nahi horaha...to kiya ye 64 Bit OS, ki waja se hai...???

mujhe please koi batae k kis tarah is masle ka hul kiya hai??? please...

or haan doston most improtant cheez wo ye k mujhe please please is mein Internet setting bhi koi samjhae k kese hogi??? mere pas wateen hai...wateen ka ye kamal hota hai k bus internit pin ap laga dein...wo khud web khol deta hai...bus phir user name and pasword dal do to chal jata hai...but is mein nahi horaha... kistara setting karon?? koi jaldi bata dein...ek ghante k under....nahi to mujhe kal tak wait karna parr jae ga.......
