    Mujh ko aap k excel k version k pata nahee. Phir bhee try.

    jab Aap save as k option m jate hain tu is window m tool k dropdown m se general option par click karain. Wahan par aik dialogue box hota ha jo ka "Always create backup" is par enable kar ka save kar dain. aap jab bhee apni origional file m changes karain ge wo automatic backup file m change ho gae ga.

    But bro pir b 1 problem hai s me fowran orignal file ki changing us me a jati hai lakin jo mera abo ne kia tha us kuch dino baad hoti thi

    Setting up for automatic backup of a file. (on a single file basis, not global)

    * Save the file
    * Save As (F12 key), then on the Save As Dialog menus: Tools --> General Options, check “Always create backup copy”. Answer “Yes” when prompted to replace the old document. Your new document is identical except that the new one saves a backup each time you save the file.
