phr tou fit hai..phr zayda kam nahi hai....just download Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005 or 2010 as u like....and then start new project and there select the empty website or blank website and create your website for your more help i can give you some youtube tuts as a sample...you will have some idea now what to do...as u know everyone have his/her own logics....
