virus and windows instalation problm.......

dosto mary ek friend ny ksi sy ek laptop lya ha,lakin us main pehly he bohat sara virus tha. mgr ab masla yeh ha k bar bar restart ho raha ha. window loading krty he restart ho jata ha.or window instal krny k liye cd sy boot b nahin ho raha. bios k liye f2 ka option data ha.agar f2 press krin to bios main enter hony k liye pass mang raha ha.jb k mary frnd ko pass ka pata nain ha. ......... any expert plz

1-open backside of laptop.exclude cell in mother board and reinsert.it will break the password.

2-exclude hard disk and run with another computer (two hard disk in one computer) then from antivirus run in 1st hard-disk.

3- if computer run and window start then antivirus client insert in usb and attach that usb with computer and run from usb.it will first clear the computer from virus then install the full antivirus program.

ap window start up par F12 dabain. is say boot ki option aa jaye gy. wahan say ap Boot From CD Room kar lain.
