Firewall Problem --- Experts Help Needed

Mein PTCl DSL ka 1mb package use kar raha ho, mein ne apne system mein Eset Smart Security Install kia tha but us mein Build-in Firewall hai jis ki waja se meri Internet ki browsing Nil hogaie thi, Phir mein ne NOD32 Install kia without Firewal,

Mera question ye hai k koi aisa method ya procedure hai jis se mien Firewall bhe sath use kar sakun our net ki speed be slow na ho, qnk without firewall bahut ziada Intrusion attacks mere PC pe horahe hai.

An early response will be highly appreciated.
