first u attached ur hard drive in an other PC then download this software for remove bad sector & create partition....
& there is no option to save ur data in this process...OK

ager ap ki hard main physical bad sector hain tu woh remove naheen ho saktay. ager logical hain tu ap DM for Dos soft say remove kar saktay ho our data bhe safe rahe ga.
