I need a programmer ASAP

Salaam to all brothers and sisters out there.
I am in need of a programmer to write me a small little program for out library.
We have the list of all the books in the library with a shelf number. The information is all stored in an excel file.
Now we need an application to take this shelf number and print out a sticker with the number on it. It must be able to use the hindi/urdu numbers.

The next part is that we have each number eg: 5=orange 7=pink 3=red
So we have another sticker which takes the numbers and makes a color code on it according to our number/color code chart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is not for myself but rather for a darul uloom in south africa. Allah will grant you abundant reward.
