how to install apps in iphone 3g???

Salamz i hav purchased an iphone 3g jaibroken version 3.1.3( 7E18 ) .. i dnt knw exactly how to install applications in it

i hav tried itunes in my pc to install applications in my phone bt dnt knw y some applications r not getng installed .. can anyone help me plz

aap itunes ka konsa version use ker rehay hoo itunes 10 bohat acha hai agar us main pbm a rehi hai to zara detail main batao ke pbm kya hai
