    1) Lets say you want to use Column C, rows 2 to 15.

    2) Highlight rows 2 to 15, and note which cell remains selected (probably cell C2).

    3) Select Conditional Formatting

    4) Change 'Condition 1' to 'Formula is'

    5) Type the following into the box:
    =C2=MAX($C$2:$C$15)
    (Change C2 to whatever cell you have activated)

    6) Click 'Format' and select the format you want for the highest value(s) to show up as.

    7) Click OK

    Duplicate highlight karne k leye aik aur approach

    Excel 2003
    1. Select your range Suppose column B
    2. Format--->Conditional Format-->Formula--->copy this formual
    Code:
    =COUNTIF($B$2:$B$11,$B2)>1
    Select format and choose your desire format
    Change Ranges/reference accordingly.

    Excel 2007/2010

    Home Tab----->Conditional Format--->Highligh cell rules--->Duplicate Value

    regardss
