Downloading problem

Men internet se jab bhi koi chez download karne lagta hon to problem ye aata he ke normal downloading ki bajae GFI web monitor window men download start ho jata he(screen shot problem1).
or jab wo download ho jata he to message aata he ke" save to disk" or "cancel" jab men save to disk karta hon to ye error aata he (screnshot2 problem2) plz help urgent

aaap GFI webmonetor ko uninstall kr dein....den manually download hoga...

Umair bhai men ne to GFI webmonitor install hi nahi kia or to or windows bhi dobaara kar ke dekh li. (neeche screen shot dekh len)
Plz koi or meri madad kre ga its urgent, mujhe kuch software download karne hen.

2. Intslla Firefox add-on Downthemall

when download screen appears selct downthemall, it is a firefox extention and a free download accelater with resume option,
