Shared Folders ko Secure Karna

Dear Friends!

i want to secure a shared folder on a network in such a way that only limited user can access that folder by entering a password. Or only few allowed persons can access that folder.
i want to do it without making any domain or creating Active Directory Server.
Plz Help me

Tools->Folder Options->View->uncheck "use simple File Sharing"

main network par 1 folder share karna chahta hoo,
jo k jis jis user ko main chahoo wohi aus ko access kar saky bina kisi password k, aur jis ko main na chahoo wo aus ko access hi na kar saky,

agr aisa koi treeqa aap janty hain tu please muj ko bata dain,
