    Question Salam EXPERTS

    asalamoalaikum
    to aal my IT expert friends who r ready to solve the IT probelums all the time.
    friends! i have too simple probelums
    1. when i try to open "internet option" command in tools menu it shows error --> that this operation is cancelled due to restriction on this computer, contact to ur system administrator--> WHY???

    2. My P4 system is going slowly since many days, previously it was running Good but now it takes much time to start programs and "HANG ON" with slow web surfing.
    SYSTEM Config: 1.68, 80gb, 256/512 ram
    I hope u will solve my above mentioned probelums...
