1) Power supply voltages
2) CPU Heating up or not

Clean
1) Processor fan
2) Processor Heat sink
3) RAM and its slot
4) Any card (Graphic,LAN or Modem etc) installed on PCI or PCI-e slots.

Scan and Repair
1) chkdsk on HDD
2) for viruses on HDD

Reseat
1) Processor
2) RAM
3) Any card (Graphic,LAN or Modem etc) installed on PCI or PCI-e slots.

Re-install
1)Windows

Agr PC me cooling ka problem hoga to wo restart nhi hoga usi wqt shutdown hoga without giving any notification of shutdown. chk kren apne control penal me se schedule restart on hai ya off

bahi aap apne board me check karey processor k sath capastor to nahi phool gai ya phat gae ho? agar hea aisa he to unhe change karey. aur 2nd aap apna processor change kar k dekhey. aur power supply check karey voltage pure mil rahe hea?

Brother yahe problame mere sath bhe the mera pc bhe khod ba khod restart ho jata tha jis ke wajha se men bhot pareshan tha phir men ne apne pc ke hard disk format kar k new window lagae to mera masla hal ho gay.....
