kia koi friend meri help kar sakta hai me yeh peter naam ka jo user hai mey usey change karna chata hon mene control panel se user setting se to change kar lia hai par yeh change nahi ho raha is mey rename ka option bhi nahi aaraha hai koi help kar sakta hai

My first preference is to re-create another account. but if you still persists then you have to re-address the user directory (of user which you have renamed it, but directory still addressed). Use mklink command for readdress it.

1. Make a folder here of your desired name (for example Ali)
2. Use this command
mklink c:\users\peter C:\users\Alil
