I want to get the answer... I want to update the bios of my system i.e. Intel Express chipset G41. But when i go to the website of Intel, i found a file concerned but its extension is .bio. I dont know how to execute this file and how to update the bios of the above mentioned system.... Need help from professionals.... please....
