How to turn off and turn on System Restore

system restore ko turn off kaisay kiya jai.jo problem ho rahi hai os ke attachments dai rahi ho.kindly is kay alawa yeh be pata dai kay jo mai nay screen short diay hai os mai using text tool (paint)say lika hay,lakin os say irad gird white circles ban gy hay,wo kaisay remove ho gay,means srif text rahay wo circles nai..

Assalam O Alikum,

* Click Start, Run and type GPEDIT.MSC
Navigate to Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/System Restore
Set Turn off System Restore and Turn off Configuration to Disable
Right click on My Computer and Select Manage
Navigate to Services and Applications/Services
Navigate to System Restore Service and double click
On the General tab set [Startup Type] to Automatic using the drop down list
Click the Start button to start the service
Close the Computer Management console
Return to System Restore in Group Policy Editor and configure both to Not Configured
Close Group Policy Editor and reboot the system.

1) Login with Administrator Account to change those settings.


2) White is selected the background color in Paint. You can change that color in colors palate to match with your picture background.
