    Default windows 7 installatin problem

    Salam all experts

    main ne windows 7 download ki thi internet se magar mujh se wo sahi se install nahe ho rahi.actually jab main uska setup chalat hoon tu wo kisi ajeeb o ghreeb language main chalta hai.main yahan kuch screen shots day raha hoon plz help me aor mujhy btayen k main isko english language main kaisy chalaaon.
