bhai jan mera masla ye he ke me jab apne pc ko shutdown karta ho to wo shutdown to ho jata he lekin phir bhi us me earth rehta he or num lock ki light bhi on rehti he is ka matlab ye he ke wo shutdown to ho jata he par bhir bhi complate shut down nahi hota ye kis waja se ho sakta he please help me i am worried about this metter thanx

Bhai computer shutdown to softly hota hy..laikin us ky hardware to kaam kar rahy hoty hein...or us ki peechy to Power cable lagi hoti hy or on b hoti hy...is liye us mein earth ata hy ...jab ap shutdown kia karein to peechy sy power cable utaar dia karein ya button off kar dia karein..

mere bhai app mere problem nahi samjhe problem ye he ke mera pc proper shutdown nahi hota us ki numlock ki light bhi jalti rehti he or agar koi button dabao to dubara on ho jata he or button se band ho jata he ap apa pc band kar ke dekhe us ki numlock ki light band ho jay gi or dobara button dabane se on bhi nahi ho ga

bhai jan ap is tarah kar ya tu windows renew kare ye phire ap apni power supply change kare aksar power supply ye masla deti hai

For Shutdown, BIOS mein Power setting check kerein aur Power Supplu bhi check kerein.


For Earth: PC ki power cable mein eik third wire hote hei jo amomen green-yellow hoti hei. Agar aap ke ghar ya office mein earth hoa hei tu phir aap power socket ya power extension jis mein bhi PC k power connector laga hei, earth connect ker dein. Waisay aap earth PC ki body se bhi connect ker sakte hein.

Bhai na app ki power supply kharab hai na hi app ke window main problem hai ap keyboard change kr ke dekhain some time aisa hota hai k keyboard short ho jata hai

Jo problem ap bta rhe hain wo branded system main zyada ati hain agar app ka monitor ki light green se yellow ho jati hai to app ka system completely band hai phr bhi main switch ko band kr diya krn ye koi bari problem nahi hai

ya masla serf windows xp sp1 aur sp2 dyta hy app k computer k koye dosry drive may virus jub aap windows ko renew kry thy ho d ya e,f ... Drive ko open na kary per cd ya usb jes may virus na ho antivirus install kasy thu ya msla khatm hojay ga.
Agr windows xp sp3 install os may ya msla nahe hota
