Need Command plzz help

dosto mera masla ye hai aksar aesa hota hai kay mein computer mein koi cd waghera dalta houn to kabhi kabhi computer par load zaida ho jata hai jis ki wajha se desktop se all icons ghaib ho jate hain aur task bar bhi ghaib ho jate hain to phir is halat mein sirf task manger open hoti hai task manger kay dialog box mein aik command hai agar hum wo type kar kay enter karein tou dobara se desktop aur taskbar theek ho jate hain aur agar revo uninstaller se koi cheez uninstall karo tou phir bhi aesa hi hota hai tou plzz koi mujhe wo command btaein ga mujhe wo yaad nahin hai ab kisi ko pata hai tou plzz mujhe bta de

explorer.exe likhne se b desktop normal halat me aa jata hy....

Bhai Task Manager mein Processes Tab Mein explorer.exe Show hota he, agar masla ho to Ap is par click kar ky pehle End Process kia karein or phir Application Tab Se New Task par click kar ky explorer.exe ye Type kia karein..Desktop or Task baar show ho jaya kare gi..

Bhai Task Manager mein Processes Tab Mein explorer.exe Show hota he, agar masla ho to Ap is par click kar ky pehle End Process kia karein or phir Application Tab Se New Task par click kar ky explorer.exe ye Type kia karein..Desktop or Task baar show ho jaya kare gi..
