what i actually needed is a software that can convert a JPG scanned document into PDF so that the content of the document can be copied as text or probably a software that can copy the text in a scanned JPG document.

If JPEG/JPG comes in the category of Images then I guess just the name of the softwares if enough to show about what it is:
by the way, I haven't tried that software personally

i have tried the software,it only converts the JPG document into PDF, i still cant copy the text inside the document, is there any other software that can do this magic?

yeh i think pictures and pdf files men se wording scan ker k apko word ya notepad men same picture wala text likh ker day sakta hay takkay ap isko edit ker sakayn........maslan apkay pas aik mazmon hay but wo picture men hay to yeh apko picture se word read ker k text men convert ker k dega
