U have to do 2 steps to get rid of the said problem. 1st of all scan ur memory card and clean any type of virus. I will suggest AVG for this purpose. After this make a backup of ur phone data and switch ur phone off. Then try switching it on by using these 4 keys. "Switch on/off Key" + "3" + "*" + "Green(Call)". Press these 4 keys at the same time and dont leave them untill u get a screen showing " Choose ur Country". Now Enjoy.

Note: All data of ur phone will be lost so dont forget to make a backup of ur phone
