windonws ko password lag gaya ha help pls?

i have 2 windows in my laptop .window 7 and windows xp (home edition) .
meri windows 7 to normally open ho jati h . windows xp open nhn ho . it gives user name and asks password . i dont know password . kindly help me how can i open this window and disable pasword without re installing windows ??

Download "Spotmau Powersuite 2007" from rapidshare or any torrent and burn it on a CD now boot by using this CD and it will give you many options in which you will find Password Recovery option..
