However, creating a paypal will not help you at all. Payal does not has any office in Pakistan, plus before tranfering money, paypal requires a Credit Card number of Bank Account Details in order to varify your address you gave during registration.

Well, according to me its totally useless to create paypal account with fake info.

Paypal security is unbeatable. They will always know where the user resides and handling the account. If you use India as a country and create account, then use that account being in Pakistan, they will immediately know after your few logins. Because their system check the logged in user's IP. and IP will definitely tell them every time that you are resided in Pakistan.

The next step for them is to ask you the physical address proof. They ask like utility bill of your specified address either in India or which ever country you have selected.

So if you even have friends in India or any other country, it won't help accessing paypal account.

Instead use moneybookers.com which is less popular than paypal but still good and reliable as its a British company.
