Need help about my system speed and other problems

Salam to all my friends
Dear I m sending you all screen short I want to know why speed of my system is slow when no anti virus is also install and I use net also.

2nd thing I want to know when I m using Mozilla for fox
Then I also need to install down load manager or not.

3rd I have made a folder in which I keep all my important s_w etc. most of then got corrupt.
Plz tell me in detail what should I do I install
Fresh windows many time delete all partition
Changed 3 to 4 cd also but probleum is still there .
So please help me to solve my this issue.

bad sactor ke waja say he problem ho sakti hay koi or hard laga kr check kren or mozila say youtube or kuch or sites say video wagar download nhe hote ap ko download manger he krna paray ga or jo data ap k crupt ho jata hay kya wo office file hoti hay word excel ke k koi or ya b btayn agar office fiel hayn to us k bohat easy hul hay

Speed ka inhsar virus p hey. is ka hal antivirus k alawa ap ki ahtyat b hey. Learn about virus k kese khtm hota hey.

G ziyada speed k liye zaroori hey k ap Internet Download Manager wagera install karine.

Ya tu ap ki Windows XP ki CD m koi msla hey ya phir Bad Sector.

win98 se low level format krein....format k doran chk krein..clustor reports agr aayen tu smjhein is me bad sector hy....or agr format k doran ksi % pr zeyada tym na lia tu hdd ok hy...
