Video Editing Help Required

First of all i tried by best to search the site but couldn't found precise answer so only option was to start a new thread.

PROBLEM

i want to add full screen animated Urdu title (a small poetry), like we see in PTV Drama, in my video but couldn't find any appropriate software or guide to do that.

i'm using Cyberlink PowerDirector 9 for editing, Video Resolution is 720p

so you mean i should create and add GIF image in my videos...?

but what if want to create transparent Title, i.e. video running in background or and title are dropping from upside.

For Urdu animation use SWiSH Max And for Editing Video use Adobe premiere.
