how to download a large file greater than 1gb

hi .dears..

i have a quesiton..that i am downloading some data from file sonic...i use premier link generator websites...

agar men 1gb ke files download kr rha hn tou wo websites 800 mb pay ja k stopn , kr deti hen..idm further connect nhn hota..althoug these websites are offering unlimited download at a time..

2 hours bad jab wo complete download honay k qareeb hota h tou yeh stop ho jata..can any 1 tell what is problem .

is it problem with my idm.,?
or website from which i am downloading
or my service provider?

i am using 1mb ptcl broad band my downloading speed ranges from 110-120 with idm..
can any one tell the best website of premier link generator of files sonic jahan say men 4 gb tak data easily download kr skn at one time?

thanks .. i uses oneleech.. but if i am downloding a file of 1gb download stops at 800b ....however the limit of this site is 2gb per file so what is pblm here?
