Try this tip, Go to your existing sound card driver setup.exe then righ-mouse-click over that > Click on properties Go to> Compatibility tab > Check mark on > Run as Windows XP > then Check mark on > Run As administrator, press apply and ok, then install the sound card driver, inshallah your problem will be solved.
