Red face Plz.. plz.. plz.. Help me!!!

    Hey & Asalam-o-Alykum all members,
Laptop was shut down normally yesterday and today the C: partition is unknown. No software was installed.
Repair Windows installation doesn't work since the C: partition is showing as unknown.
I cannot access the Recovery Console since there isn't a recognized partition.

Anyone know how to fix this? I cannot boot into Windows so I am unable to check Events or any other XP tools.

    Thanx!

Dear Brother i am pree confused about your thread and This Thread Posted on an International Forum.
All words are as same as your thread. Same Words, Same Problem. i think everything is same accept "Hey & Asalam-o-Alykum all members,"

    Anyways
    The Answer is mentioned there....
The fix is to re-partition and re-format drive, have a clean install. However, if you have data you want retrieved, you need to install on another drive and access the old one to save your data.
When all that is done you can go back and re-install on the old drive.
There is also the possibility your old HD is dead.

Anways, you should repartitioned your hard drive and than rebuild your partitions 1 by 1. Then try to install windows and then after let us know if problem persists

Its a Hard Drive Problem. If you have important data in your hard drive then Install windows in any other Partition that doesn't contain important data. After Installation, if windows works, then Create C Partition from Windows and Then Reinstall your windows in to C Drive. (In that case, save ur data placed in C drive first)
If any other assistance required. Please let us know~!
