it is possible....in IT nothing is impossible...you will have to use CISCO Routers they are able to send and receive signals up-to this length.....i am using internet in my university at about 550 meters length...and speed for download and upload is 350-500 kbps....CISCO Routers are very expensive they are about nearly Rs. 1 lac.....and for them you must require network expertise to control/manage them so you should just take a LAN Wire and connect it your router and then at about 250 meters put a switch and then take another wire to your home...
